Bradez to tour senior high schools
SENSATIONAL GHANAIAN hiplife duo, Bradez, represented by Stone (the flow king) also Kweku Nsiah Boamah and Kinta Kunte, Kweku Nsiah Amankwah, of Simple fame, will release their third album dubbed ‘Conquer the world’ hopefully by July this year.
According to Stone, what inspired them to choose this title for their new album was due to the fact that they have been through lots of such challenges as combining schooling and singing and Kunte’s illness two years ago, and God indeed has seen them through and made it possible for them to have a 12-track songs on their new album.
He further indicated that after being recognized for the highly successful breakthrough of their first and second albums dubbed ‘Efiri fie’ and ‘the Break through’ in 2005 and 2008 respectively, they decided not to rush in coming out with another album, “so we could move the extra mile in the industry.”
In an interview with The Heritage, he noted that the group has a project of social responsibilities under the Bradez foundation to embark on where “we will be moving to various senior high schools in the country to freely perform and as well advice them on how to combine schooling and still nurture their God-giving talents in the course of the year.”
On further plans for the year, Kunte added that the group will be organizing a tour with Okyeame Kwame outside the shores of Ghana which is yet to be confirmed by the management team but for now they are focusing on their new album and “upon all the confrontations we encountered throughout the past years, we have successfully sailed through and instead of retrogressing, we rather have moved forward with all readiness to ‘Conquer the world, indeed, ‘Ye ko yenim’.”
They thanked their fans for supporting them all these years and also advised the up-and-coming artistes especially those who still in school, to give more attention to their studies and also find a way of managing their time though it is not an easy thing to do.
The duo noted that such songs as ‘one gallon’, ‘odo fever’, ‘simple’, ‘don do’, ‘flashy mefre wo’ to their credit and also ‘igo bee’, ‘who’s on the mic’, ‘conquer the world’, ye ko yenim’, and ‘me do me Ghana’ among others on their third album.
